His global advisory and assessment experience has empowered organizations across diverse sectors—including Automotive, Banking & Finance, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Telecom, and Healthcare—to elevate their process capabilities. Kamlesh is a certified High Maturity Lead Appraiser for CMMI V3.0 with AI Maturity (AIM) and has led over 250 advisory and appraisal engagements worldwide. He is also an intacs-certified Provisional Assessor for ASPICE, with deep expertise in deploying software engineering best practices in the automotive domain. As a certified ISO 9001 and 27001 Lead Auditor, Kamlesh effectively assesses information security risks at an organizational level. A frequent speaker at process improvement forums across the Asia-Pacific region, he is known for his thought leadership and contributions to advancing industry standards.

Jimit Kothari is a Process Specialist with 5 years of experience across BFSI, IT/ITES, and EdTech sectors. Prior to his current role, Jimit built strong hands-on experience deploying and maintaining ISMS, BCMS, and QMS frameworks grounded in ISO 27001:2022, ISO 22301:2019, ISO 9001:2015, and CMMI V3.0 — a practitioner's foundation that underpins his current work in audit execution and appraisal. He is a certified CMMI Practitioner and holds Lead Auditor certification for ISO 27001, ISO 9001, and ISO 22301. At PCA Global, Jimit specializes in performing 3rd-party ISO audits and CMMI appraisals.
